About Wild Graze (pty) ltd:

The escalating conflict between humans and wildlife in the expansive rangelands of Africa poses a persistent challenge. The root cause lies in the expanding human populations encroaching upon the traditional predation territories of both livestock and indigenous predator species that have coexisted in these landscapes for millennia.
In response to this issue, Wild Graze has forged partnerships with several conservation organizations. Together, we are committed to implementing sustainable solutions aimed at mitigating this conflict and restoring a balanced and harmonious relationship between humans and the diverse wildlife, predators included.
This collaborative effort seeks to not only address the immediate challenges of human-wildlife conflict but also to foster long-term coexistence by promoting mutual understanding and respect between all parties. Through innovative strategies and community engagement, we aim to create a landscape where both humans and wildlife can thrive in harmony, preserving the unique biodiversity of Southern Africa for generations to come.
We are the creators and innovators of the quarantine and mobile predator proof Boma that is a tested and proven practical solution toward wildlife and livestock conflicts that has been implemented effectively across numerous sites.
We are servicing areas in Botswana, Namibia, South Africa,
Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.

Where it started:

Wild Graze was established in 2019 by Johan Cronje. Johan was raised on a Game Farm adjacent to the Timbavati Bushveld, by a professional hunter as a father. Johan's journey led him to become one of the trade's youngest Professional Hunters. Over the years, he gained expertise across game farming, capture, relocation, and consultancy, equipping him with a unique understanding of African wildlife behavior, environmental dynamics, and the intricate relationship between humans and nature.

Herding 4 Hope as a strategic partner:

Wild Graze has closely collaborated with Herding 4 Hope and still continues work together to develop key solutions for wildlife and livestock integration. Wild Graze's vision is  to develop practical solutions for the conservation and farming initiatives throughout Africa. Wild Graze supports Herding 4 Hope with practical solutions and initiatives across their sites.
